Tampa killings: Fourth person dead in possible serial spree


TAMPA, Fla. (AP) – Police searched a cordoned-off Florida neighborhood Tuesday after a fourth person was shot useless, perhaps by a serial killer.

Tampa police say residents of the city’s Seminole Heights neighborhood reported hearing shots just before 5 a.m. Tuesday. When officers arrived, they found your body of Ronald Felton, 60, in the street. Seminole Heights is usually a working-class community northeast of downtown Tampa which is slowly and gradually becoming gentrified. Run-down households sit close to renovated, historic bungalows, and trendy dining establishments have sprung up close to auto physique stores.
