SANTA ROSA, Calif. (AP) – Authorities say a 70-year-old male evidently shot and killed himself amid the stays of his home that burned in past month’s Northern California firestorms.
The Santa Rosa Press-Democrat reviews Monday that Greg Mlynarczyk was a well-known dentist in Santa Rosa.
The Sonoma County sheriff’s Sgt. Spencer Crum states Mlynarczyk’s spouse and an coverage adjuster discovered him lifeless Saturday within the household from the hard-hit Fountaingrove community.
His family and his office declined remark.
Mlynarczyk was a Nevada native who went to college on the University of Oregon and dental school in the University of Southern California.
He was a member of a team of horse riders named the Sonoma County Trailblazers. His website suggests he liked the “camaraderie of this group around the path experience or on the hog feed.”
